The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the management, development, and analysis of the organization's marketing initiatives, websites, lead generation sources, and promotional activities to ensure alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This position requires on-site presence and is not eligible for remote work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the creation of content for social media, websites, and business profiles, focusing on growth strategies and visual media production.
- Support the development and monitoring of marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and streaming campaigns.
- Maintain schedules for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct market and client research utilizing the company database and engaging with clients to ensure their needs are addressed.
- Respond to client feedback and engage in social media interactions.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings with corporate marketing managers and monthly meetings with brand and franchise owners.
- Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance to track leads, call volume, and marketing KPIs.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales materials for technical staff.
- Foster strong interdepartmental relationships.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
- At least 1 year of social media management experience.
- Experience in a small business environment is advantageous, as you will support various departments.
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is a plus.
- Over 2 years of experience in content creation with a focus on graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative and dedicated to completing tasks effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.
- Well-organized with problem-solving capabilities.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Small business setting with potential extended hours, including day and/or evening shifts.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Sufficient auditory and visual acuity to manage computer-aided call management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle potential confrontations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights or weekends.
COMPENSATION:
- Salary range: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year.
