Employment Type:
Full Time – Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Your role will involve:
  • Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as necessary
  • Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory
  • Utilizing MS Office tools, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel, for effective communication and reporting

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Experience in warehouse or inventory management is advantageous
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $24/hr.
