Michael Page is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team as an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and a proven track record of ensuring accurate and organized contract records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and administering subcontracts and purchase orders, utilizing contract management software to input, track, and manage the contracting process. They will also be responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy upon return and addressing and resolving administrative compliance issues or discrepancies related to contracts and purchase orders.

The Office Administrator will be a key member of the team, working closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all documentation is saved and updated in the tracking system. They will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining subcontractor insurance certificates throughout the contract period and during the period of completed operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of contracts experience within the construction industry, a strong understanding of the contract and procurement process, and excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also have strong computer/technology skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
