Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Arbor Lodging Management. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
  • Assist large groups upon arrival.
  • Be familiar with the local area and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Handle and resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments according to procedures.
  • Ensure all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve guest concerns or requests.

Requirements

  • Hotel Front Desk experience.
  • Knowledge of Marriott Fosse PMS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
  • Windows knowledge.
  • Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
  • Set schedule with availability to pick up extra shifts.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
