Position Overview:
  • An exceptional opportunity exists for a dual role combining responsibilities as a Nursing Assistant (NA) and Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) within a renowned healthcare institution.
Summary:
  • Become part of a committed team focused on providing exemplary patient care while ensuring seamless operations in a critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and various patient care activities.
  • Monitor patient records and promptly communicate any notable changes.
  • Execute administrative tasks, manage workload, transcribe medical orders, and uphold accurate medical documentation.
  • Deliver clinical assistance, operate office equipment, participate in patient care tasks, and support the onboarding of new staff.
  • Engage in patient education and reinforce previously provided information.
Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Must hold a position on the Nurse Aide I Registry with the relevant health department.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Prior experience in clerical roles or customer service, alongside nursing assistant experience, is essential.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English is necessary.
