Senior Customer Success Strategist

Overview:
As a Senior Customer Success Strategist, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients towards realizing their goals with our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 clients throughout their journey post-implementation, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing engagement with new features and enhancements.
- Cultivate expertise in our offerings and remain informed about product advancements, acting as a trusted advisor and sharing best practices with clients.
- Foster brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Prioritize net dollar retention and implement strategies to prevent churn.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Consultants, Implementation, Support, Product, and Marketing to gather, share, and act on customer feedback, driving collaboration and adoption.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Utilize data analytics to inform prioritization and drive exceptional customer experiences.
Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and support to new and existing team members, enhancing their onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech sector.
- Proven track record managing a large customer base (500+), automating customer interactions, and promoting community engagement.
- Strong grasp of digital engagement models in customer success.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, accounts payable processes, and tools such as ChurnZero, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Jira is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of organization and professionalism.
