Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Salon Operations Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the Salon Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, a strong sense of motivation, and a consistently positive demeanor. A passion for the beauty industry and prior experience in a salon setting are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in the salon's POS system to manage appointments effectively.
  • Handle cash management, including secure cash counts and bank deposits.
  • Greet clients warmly and provide refreshments as needed.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Assist in promoting product sales.
  • Oversee inventory orders to ensure adequate supply levels.
  • Coordinate with stylists to maintain timely service for clients and manage expectations.
  • Communicate pricing details clearly to clients.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Support marketing initiatives and social media efforts to enhance stylist visibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon, including restrooms and work areas.
  • Assist with cleaning and laundry tasks.
  • Perform additional errands as required.
  • Keep the Salon Manager informed of important updates via communication channels.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, based on experience, with opportunities for career advancement.
