Position Overview:
This Production Supervisor role is essential in overseeing and motivating a team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of employees, including training, performance assessments, and task execution.
  • Coordinate the setup of new projects, ensuring that resources such as Run Sheets, materials, personnel, and equipment are properly allocated.
  • Manage employee schedules, including overtime, vacations, and attendance tracking.
  • Review and authorize employee labor hour utilization.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
  • Address operational challenges as they arise and collaborate with various levels of the organization to meet production goals.
  • Support Quality Control efforts by identifying and rectifying quality issues.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, collaborating with the HSE Manager on safety improvements and reporting incidents promptly.
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
