Position Overview:
This Production Supervisor role is essential in overseeing and motivating a team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of employees, including training, performance assessments, and task execution.
  • Coordinate the setup of new projects, ensuring that resources such as Run Sheets, materials, personnel, and equipment are properly allocated.
  • Manage employee schedules, including overtime, vacation, and attendance tracking.
  • Review and approve employee labor hour utilization.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counting.
  • Resolve operational issues as they arise and collaborate with all levels of the organization to meet production goals.
  • Support Quality Control efforts by monitoring and addressing quality concerns.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, collaborating with the HSE Manager on any issues or improvements needed. Report incidents to the HSE department immediately.
  • Adhere to all relevant company and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
