Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Trade and Sales Expert to join our team at Taghleef Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, improving product marketability, and sustaining relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and forecast sales for various products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies on assigned accounts.
- Analyze consumer requirements and competitor activity to identify marketing opportunities.
- Research new market opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
- Sustain relationships with key accounts through regular visits and exploration of specific needs.
- Carry out surveys and promotions related to company products.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the film, paper, or graphic arts consumables industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the OPP industry with notable accomplishments.
- Demonstrated successful leadership and influence.
- Able to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of the printing industry.
- Knowledge of thermal laminating business is a plus.
- Proactive and dynamic individual with strong communication skills.
Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
