Job Summary:

Park National Bank is seeking a System Development Manager to lead our hybrid project based teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects and teams.

About the Role:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with Bank's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in IT project management, preferably within departments focused on deposits and branches.

Salary: $82,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel expected for meetings and training sessions. Position requires ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.
