Sales Manager - Aerospace & Industrial Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in our aerospace and industrial segments. This role involves leading new business development initiatives, cultivating customer relationships, and partnering with stakeholders to define global business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers in the aerospace and industrial sectors.
  • Develop strategies for private labeling, strategic partnerships, vertical integration, and adjacent product lines.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to shape corporate strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Program/Project Management, with direct sales expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fluid control products, material science, and other relevant aerospace technologies.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build networks, and close deals in technical sales environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
