Key Responsibilities- Enforce Gaming Laws and Regulations: Maintain knowledge of and enforce all gaming laws and regulations that apply to the Guest Safety Services Department.
- Security and Safety: Safeguard the assets of Hollywood Casino, its guests, and team members, and provide a safe environment for guests and team members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Emergency Response: Respond to all emergencies and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of an organization.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand at a secured post for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to run throughout shift, including up and down stairs.
