Job Summary

Our client, a leading IT Solutions Company, is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, providing pre- and post-sales support, and working closely with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide expert technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical guidance.
    • Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Deliver high-quality technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Network Infrastructure
    • Design, implement, and manage local area networks, including Windows Servers and Active Directory.
    • Deploy and manage network security solutions to ensure data protection and compliance.
    • Optimize and maintain network software and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Cloud Computing
    • Design and implement cloud computing solutions to meet client business needs.
    • Configure and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions.
  • VOIP Solutions
    • Configure and deploy VOIP solutions to enhance client communication.
  • Network Infrastructure Troubleshooting
    • Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Microsoft Exchange Server
    • Manage Microsoft Exchange Server to ensure seamless email communication.
  • Telephone Solutions
    • Implement and manage telephone solutions to enhance client communication.
  • Alert Systems
    • Monitor alert systems and take appropriate action to ensure data protection and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations.
    • Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Managerial Experience
    • Previous managerial experience is a must.
  • Client-Facing Experience
    • 3 years of experience in a client-facing environment, such as sales engineering.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients at a business level.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proposal Writing
    • Experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions to fulfill business needs.
  • Results-Oriented
    • Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
  • Technology and Business Productivity
    • Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
  • RMM and PSA Tools
    • Experience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) tool a plus.
    • Working knowledge of PSA (ticketing) tools is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Ability to problem solve at a high level, extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Sales Training
    • Sales training experience is a plus.
  • MSP Environment
    • Having worked in an MSP environment is a major plus.
Ideal Qualifications
  • CompTIA Certifications
    • CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+.
  • MCSA and MCSE Certifications
    • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert).
  • Cisco Certifications
    • CCNA or CCIE-Cisco certifications a real plus.
