Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee restaurant staff during each shift, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Report directly to the Restaurant Manager or District Manager.
  • Develop and mentor the team to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
  • Take full responsibility for operational outcomes during each shift.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A High School Diploma is required; pursuing an AA or BA/BS degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a service-oriented establishment with full P&L accountability.
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training and Food Safety certification is required within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills are necessary (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to stand and walk for approximately 85%-95% of the shift and move freely throughout the restaurant.
  • Capability to lift and carry weights between 10-65 lbs.
  • Proficient in operating restaurant equipment and driving a motor vehicle.
