Customer Service and Quality Control Manager

Manuel's Mexican Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Restaurant Operations Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire front and back of house operations to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 45-55 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control financial operations, including ordering and inventory management, daily labor edits, and cash handling to maintain profitability.
- Sanitation and Safety: Enforce strict sanitation standards and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, identifying areas of opportunity and optimizing sales and cost containment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Staff Scheduling and Labor Budgeting: Manage staff scheduling and labor budgets to ensure efficient operation and minimize costs.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of facilities, ensuring equipment is in good working order and scheduling regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Performance Review and Planning: Participate in monthly management meetings to review performance, discuss upcoming promotions and marketing initiatives, and plan for future growth and development.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of working experience in a full-service restaurant, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of high-quality food standards, profit and loss statements, and company policies and procedures.
- Leadership and Training: Proven ability to supervise and train staff, with a minimum of one to two years of experience in a restaurant leadership position.
- Certifications and Compliance: Possession of a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card and understanding of health and legal regulations.
