Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

MiMutual Mortgage, a family-owned direct lender celebrating 30 years of business, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and efficiency in our expanding territory.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned branches, focusing on sales, product development, recruiting, and customer service. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting our sales and service culture, achieving sales goals, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop branch staff through effective selling techniques, marketing strategies, and lead generation.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for branches, collaborating with marketing and compliance channels to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor sales goals and activities, analyzing trends and communicating best practices to branch managers and producing sales managers.
  • Maintain high standards of internal and external appearance for customers, adhering to company brand standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch managers, producing sales managers, and loan officers on company products, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Five+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience within the mortgage industry.
