Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

MiMutual Mortgage, a family-owned direct lender celebrating 30 years of business, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and efficiency in our expanding territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, product sales, recruiting, and customer service, aligning with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop branch staff through effective selling techniques, marketing strategies, and lead generation.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for branches, collaborating with marketing and compliance channels to promote sales opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor sales goals and activities, analyzing trends and communicating best practices to branch managers and producing sales managers.
  • Maintain high internal and external appearance standards for customers, adhering to company brand guidelines.
  • Provide expertise to branch managers, producing sales managers, and loan officers on company products, policies, procedures, underwriting requirements, and system utilization.
Requirements:
  • Five+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience within the mortgage industry.
