POSITION OVERVIEW
The Ladders is in search of a skilled Business Process Professional to enhance the efficiency of our operations. This role will focus on optimizing our business processes and supporting various project management tools. Candidates with experience in similar platforms will also be considered. Key responsibilities include conducting process evaluations, proposing enhancements to address inefficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement and assess improvements.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization or related fields, demonstrating a successful history of enhancing business operations and integrating technological solutions. A solid grasp of project management methodologies and software functionalities is essential, along with the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse stakeholder needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration across teams. Project management certification or Six Sigma credentials are advantageous.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives for process or technology enhancements by managing BPO projects, including:
    • Collaborating with project stakeholders to define project scope
    • Creating project timelines
    • Gathering business requirements
    • Establishing roles and responsibilities within project teams
    • Monitoring project progress and ensuring accountability
    • Developing and executing communication strategies for projects
  • Engage with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
  • Oversee project backlogs and collaborate with business leaders to prioritize software development roadmaps.
  • Conduct thorough business process assessments and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Evaluate system effectiveness and devise strategies for enhancing operational processes.
  • Identify business challenges that can be addressed through data analysis and recommend data quality improvements.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports to support strategic goals.
  • Provide mentorship to junior professionals in analytical practices.
  • Assist in implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Foster strong relationships with business partners and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to streamline processes and implement technology solutions.
  • Guide and delegate tasks to junior team members to ensure project completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and change management methodologies.
  • Experience in defining project requirements, testing, and training to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence across various organizational levels.

Physical Requirements
  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting and carrying of light objects.
