As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts to demonstrate effectiveness in meeting grant and program outcomes through data collection, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data collection and management across clinical programs, including collecting, cleaning, and managing data from various sources, such as electronic health records (EHRs), client management systems, and surveys.
  • Reporting and visualization activities across clinical programs, including creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to the clinical team.
  • Assisting with strategic planning by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and contributing to the development of strategies and plans based on data analysis.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and reliability, assisting with ODMHSAS reviews, and CARF accreditation preparation, and conducting quantitative chart reviews within all programs to ensure services comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with an in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making or problem-solving.
  • Ability to visually present key information, including charts, tables, icons, and interactive controls that can be easily and quickly interpreted.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment in fulfilling job responsibilities.
  • Understanding of data analysis, data relationships, data evaluation, and reporting data quality measures.
