Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to become an integral part of our finance team. In this position, you will oversee the general ledger, generate financial reports, and support the budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid grasp of GAAP accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end closing activities
  • Prepare precise and timely financial statements along with supporting documentation
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and various balance sheet accounts
  • Analyze financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process
  • Oversee fixed assets and prepaid expenses
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and handle special projects as required
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
  • Exhibit strong time management and communication abilities
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail
  • Analyze budget variances effectively
  • Be self-driven and capable of working independently
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, including account reconciliations and journal entries
