Role Overview:
As a Senior Environmental Analyst, you will leverage your functional and technical expertise in areas such as air, water, and waste management.

In this capacity, you will oversee projects and programs of moderate complexity that necessitate specialized knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and provide direction on environmental policies and processes.
  • Evaluate environmental risks, offer recommendations for mitigation, and engage in or lead the approved action plan, including necessary regulatory documentation.
  • Contribute to environmental project planning and execution, including scheduling, cost estimation, and preparation of environmental impact assessments and reports.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff.
  • Prepare and submit complex applications for environmental permits, renewals, approvals, variances, and other authorizations while coordinating with company stakeholders.
  • Conduct environmental compliance audits and due diligence investigations as required.
  • Identify training needs related to environmental issues and provide necessary training.
  • Propose, recommend, and implement enhancements for systems and practices in air, water, waste management, and remediation activities for assigned areas.
  • Compile and submit all required compliance reports and certifications; maintain documentation related to environmental compliance programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Interpret applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Environmental Analyst III:
Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of environmental experience.
Environmental Analyst IV:
Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of environmental experience.

Additional Requirements:
Exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on safety.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
