Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $125,000+, including a base salary and uncapped commissions, plus benefits such as annual bonus payouts, 401(k), expense account, phone, and paid vacation.
Job DescriptionThis Regional Sales Director role will focus exclusively on new business development as an individual contributor role. Working with Canteen means being part of a fun, kind-hearted, passionate team who work together to reach sales goals in the office refreshment industry.
- Maintain and update territory database
- Develop territory strategy to maximize sales
- Making sales calls with prospective customers
Candidates must have a strong understanding of sales cycles needed to close deals, consultative selling skills, and high emotional intelligence.
Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate should be self-motivated, inspired to produce and earn, with a positive attitude and energy that wins business and inspires clients. They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
