Overview
Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining innovations, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our outside sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers in your territory.

Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary of $90,000 - $110,000, plus commission and a company vehicle. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement. We are an equal employment opportunity employer and welcome all qualified applicants.

About the Role
In this outside sales role, you will be responsible for learning about Victaulic's products and services, as well as understanding the commercial construction industry and its trends. You will work closely with our regional sales manager to develop a business plan, including opportunity mapping, sales goals, and product promotion plans. Your primary goal is to educate customers on the value of using Victaulic products and services, and to build lasting relationships with them.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree, previous sales experience, and a competitive nature. You should also be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creative thinking are essential in this position. Additionally, you may be required to travel overnight and work in adverse weather conditions.
