Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of high-quality prospects to achieve consistent sales results.
  • Expand Autoscribe's market reach by targeting new customers and introducing our payment solutions to high-potential prospects.
  • Close sales by owning the sales cycle from lead to contract, including conducting product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to team success.
  • Understand client needs by assessing and understanding the unique business challenges of prospective clients to effectively position Autoscribe's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and optimize the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Hunter mentality with a proven ability to aggressively pursue new business and close high-value deals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate confidently, and establish rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge with experience in the payment processing industry or similar B2B sales environments preferred.
  • CRM proficiency with hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptable with a comfort level working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
