Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the sale of Nymbus services and products that enable banks and credit unions to accelerate their growth through new routes to market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create deep, trusted relationships with C-level Executives and decision makers. They will use a consultative approach to diagnose prospect needs and create a vision of the solution. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying banks and credit unions looking to grow through digital transformation and modernize through banking core replacement. They will develop an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will understand each prospect's business environment and effectively communicate at all levels of the prospect organization. They will identify opportunities based on the available Nymbus solutions, industry trends, and market activities. The Account Executive will build and foster long-term relationships and referrals with key leaders in the banking and financial services sectors; identify new market and growth opportunities. They will prepare sales-related reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain sales forecast and pipeline as well as negotiate and close business to meet sales objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience. They will have knowledge of banking software (core, digital banking, etc) and banking operations. The Account Executive will have a proven ability of creating deep, trusted relationships with C-level Executives and decision makers. They will use a consultative approach to diagnose prospect needs and create a vision of the solution. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role. Sales proficiency: Relationship building, negotiation, persuasion, and overcoming objections. New logo sales experience is a plus.
