Position Overview:
As a Print Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment while assisting our customers in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and tailored solutions to meet clients' printing requirements, utilizing our advanced print and production technology (training will be provided).

Customer Engagement:
Contribute significantly to the success of the store and enhance customer satisfaction by:

  • Welcoming customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Asking insightful questions to build rapport and understand their copy and print marketing requirements.
  • Utilizing order intake tools to gather project details and propose suitable print solutions.
  • Assisting customers in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals.
  • Inquiring during consultations to identify potential leads.
  • Supporting customers with their shipping requirements and being adaptable to perform various tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide comprehensive solutions to diverse customer needs.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including file management and familiarity with Microsoft Word or similar applications.
  • The capability to lift and transport supplies weighing between 10 to 50 pounds, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
