Interview Process:

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Welcome customers as they enter the Print Solutions area and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Utilize open-ended questions to build rapport and identify customers' copy and print marketing requirements.
  • Employ order intake tools to gather project details and propose suitable print solutions.
  • Assist customers in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals.
  • Generate potential leads by asking qualifying questions during consultations.
  • Support customers with their shipping requirements and be adaptable to other assigned tasks.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A customer-centric approach to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to open, save, and send electronic files, as well as use Microsoft Word or similar applications.
  • Capability to lift and move supplies weighing between 10-50 pounds, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
