Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle inbound phone, email, and text inquiries using provided scripts, aiming to schedule appointments with guests.
  • Respond to leads and inquiries promptly, adhering to industry and dealership standards.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index rating that exceeds the zone/branch average by at least 2%.
  • Monitor all communications in the CRM, assisting sales consultants and managers as necessary.
  • Ensure all interactions, whether via phone, text, email, or in-person, are conducted with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare sales consultants for appointments and ensure they greet guests upon arrival.
  • Ensure that vehicles for appointments are clean and ready for presentation.
  • Meet minimum training standards set by manufacturers and participate in ongoing improvement meetings.
  • Develop proficiency in warranty coverage and manufacturer policies.
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, acknowledging all visitors on the premises.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining a professional image in the workplace.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, patience, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Attention to detail, typing skills, and active listening abilities are essential for success in this role.
