Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound phone, email, and text inquiries using provided scripts, aiming to schedule appointments with guests
  • Respond promptly to leads and inquiries in accordance with industry and dealership standards
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least 2% above the zone/branch average
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound emails in the CRM, assisting sales consultants and managers as needed
  • Ensure all communications, whether via phone, text, email, or in-person, are conducted in a courteous and professional manner
  • Prepare sales consultants for appointments and greet guests as they arrive
  • Ensure that vehicles for appointments are selected, cleaned, and ready for demonstration
  • Meet minimum training standards established by manufacturers
  • Participate in ongoing improvement meetings with management
  • Gain proficiency in warranty coverage and policies set by manufacturers
  • Welcome guests upon arrival with promptness and professionalism
  • Acknowledge all guests present in the dealership
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in the workplace
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the vehicle purchasing process

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and patience
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Attention to detail and effective typing skills
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting
  • Active listening skills
