Job Title: Business Development Manager III

Hanger Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager III to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the cultivation of new and existing referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing referral sources and generate new referral source sales.
  • Build collaborative and consultative relationships with Hanger Clinic team members, including clinicians, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Work in hospital, skilled nursing, and rehab type facilities to complete all hospital/facility vendor credentialing and develop sales/growth/business plans with each clinic in assigned territory.
  • Achieve existing referral source maintenance and expansion objectives by providing service support, following up with referral sources, and facilitating solutions around customer service challenges.
  • Achieve new referral source sales objectives by conducting extensive new referral source development programs, including customer in-service meetings, cold calls, drop-ins, and other activities.
  • Assume responsibility for executing various sales growth initiatives and special projects in a geographic area, as assigned by the appropriate RSM.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, or 1 year as a Business Development Associate.
  • Strong relationship building and presentation skills, knowledge of the medical community, and ability to maintain customer relations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
