Job Overview

Environmental Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets for our construction projects.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support business decisions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks and Foundation accounting software. Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
