Position Overview
Gateway Search Associates Inc is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a robust background in the construction sector to enhance our Development Team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations for the Development Team, including managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
  • Conduct cash reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
  • Manage tenant billing processes and ensure timely cash receipts.
  • Review and process payable invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
  • Compile and generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports.
  • Monitor utility accounts and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Work Environment:
This role is fully onsite. Candidates must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
