Corporate Communications Specialist? Globe Life is seeking a skilled
Corporate Communications Specialist to enhance our team.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with crafting and disseminating multichannel communications that foster employee engagement by serving as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.



This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as a bridge between the Corporate Communications team and internal stakeholders to coordinate, develop, and implement communication strategies that achieve set objectives.
  • Oversee content for designated Marketing channels, proposing strategic enhancements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and refresh a comprehensive content calendar (weekly, monthly, and yearly) for stakeholders and collaborate with the Corporate Communications Manager.
  • Work closely with other Marketing Department members and leadership to ensure alignment in messaging and communication objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback and apply stylistic adjustments to future projects.
  • Research and develop campaigns that align with industry best practices.
  • Uphold and enforce the department's style guide, ensuring all materials are consistent in grammar, punctuation, formatting, and spelling.
  • Contribute to and/or oversee special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited institution; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • 2-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong project management abilities, adaptability to shift focus to various projects based on business needs, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management, design, and proofing tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC operating systems.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, content management, proofreading, employee engagement, and research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with teams across multiple levels.
  • Experience with Canva, SnapComms, and Intranet platforms is a plus.
  • Creative thinker, self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Must be adaptable and able to pivot focus to different projects as business demands evolve.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to independently research and gather information necessary for projects.
  • Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels, including senior management.
