Position Overview:

We are in search of a committed and skilled Professional Land Surveyor to become a vital part of our innovative team. This position demands a candidate who is not only technically adept but also possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in land surveying. The successful applicant will undertake a variety of surveying responsibilities, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking. This role presents a unique chance to engage in diverse projects and significantly contribute to our mission of delivering superior engineering solutions. The right individual will have the opportunity to advance rapidly to a Principal role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute thorough land surveys, encompassing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
  • Employ advanced surveying technologies to generate precise and detailed site plans.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure alignment of surveying activities with project goals.
  • Establish and uphold control lines for construction initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on surveying activities, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in land surveying, integrating new techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in land surveying, with 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing complex surveying tasks with precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 2-10 Surveyors.
  • High level of self-motivation, with the capacity to work independently and make informed decisions.
