Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Valid Professional Land Surveyor License in California
  • Over 10 years of Field Surveying experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Survey Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a variety of surveying activities for land development and infrastructure initiatives
  • Assess project requirements and recommend effective solutions
  • Manage proposals, cost estimates, and budget oversight
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols in both field and office environments
  • Drive improvements in team productivity and project outcomes
  • Supervise and verify the quality of survey outputs
  • Perform additional management tasks as necessary

Leadership Duties:

  • Directly manage a team of 3 employees while indirectly overseeing 22 in the Survey division
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict management
