Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Valid Professional Land Surveyor License in California
  • Over 10 years of experience in Field Surveying
  • Minimum of 5 years in Survey Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a variety of surveying operations for land development and infrastructure initiatives
  • Assess project requirements and recommend effective solutions
  • Manage proposals, estimates, and budget oversight
  • Enforce safety protocols in both field and office environments
  • Lead efforts to enhance team productivity and project excellence
  • Supervise and ensure quality of survey outputs
  • Additional management tasks as required

Leadership Duties:

  • Directly manage a team of 3 employees while indirectly overseeing 22 staff members in the Survey division
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict management
