About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Integration Engineer to join our team at Insignia Technology Services, a 9th Way Solutions Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our Heuristic Behavior Analytics (HBA) solution for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Job Summary

The Integration Engineer Expert will be responsible for creating strategies and plans for the integration of multiple IT systems/subsystems into an operational unit, ensuring full functional and performance capabilities are retained. This includes coordinating with development and user teams to assess risks, goals, and needs, and ensuring that all are adequately addressed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create technical requirements and process flows for development, infrastructure, and support teams.
  • Implement integration plans.
  • Investigate and determine appropriate integration solutions.
  • Maintain a catalog of integration solutions.
  • Assist with integration designs and implementations, working with consultants.
  • Oversee all Integration Services engineering processes.
  • Define integration reference architecture for solutions landscape.
  • Provide patterns and guidance to feature teams for effective use of integration technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of proven experience. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Cross-platform Systems Administration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
