About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our team dedicated to rapidly building, testing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. Our team is looking for a hands-on subject matter expert with all processes related to data, including scraping, cleaning, processing, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sophisticated data and modeling pipelines in a client-facing environment.
  • Develop and deploy AI solutions across a variety of client spaces using MLOps tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into larger systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML, including computer vision, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality AI models using machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with AI and ML applications.
  • Experience with MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and integrating models into larger systems.
  • Experience with programming languages, including Python, R, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • DHS Suitability.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting and deploying generative AI solutions, such as large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with model serving solutions, such as AWS SageMaker, KServe, or Seldon Core.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code technologies, including Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
  • Master's degree.

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD).
