Role Overview:
As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and guidance during their visit. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in clients upon arrival
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Assist clients and their pets to examination rooms
  • Handle medical records, documentation, and correspondence
  • Discuss payment methods and process transactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
