Position Title:
Guest Services Lead Coordinator

Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Guest Services Lead Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support.

Location:
This position is based within a dynamic environment focused on enhancing the guest experience.

Schedule:
This is a seasonal role with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or retail sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $22.00 to $27.00, with additional internal referral bonuses available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure that team members are focused on their tasks and that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor promotional materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with operational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds.
