Guest Services Supervisor

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, room categories, pricing, availability, and anticipated guest arrivals and departures.
- Address guest concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Support team members in their roles to guarantee exceptional service to guests.
- Oversee and uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of designated areas.
- Present guest invoices and process transactions, adhering to payment and cash handling policies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Accountable for overseeing all elements of Front Desk operations, in alignment with hotel standards. Lead, implement, and uphold a robust service and management philosophy that guides the respective team.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a comparable role; prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
