Role Overview: Guest Services Coordinator

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet and assist guests upon their arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Registration Process: Accurately register guests into our system, confirming their reservations and verifying essential information.
  • Rewards Program Promotion: Actively promote our loyalty program, ensuring members receive their benefits and recognition.
  • Payment Handling: Process payments for guest accounts during check-in and check-out efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Maintain a secure house bank, complete daily deposits, and provide accurate financial reports.
  • Currency Exchange: Facilitate currency exchange and cash checks for guests as needed.
  • Safety Deposit Services: Manage the issuance and control of safety deposit box keys.
  • Charge Posting: Post any miscellaneous charges as requested by guests.
  • Punctuality and Preparedness: Arrive on time, dressed in full uniform, equipped with necessary tools for service.
  • Daily Arrivals Review: Review expected arrivals, ensuring VIP and special requests are pre-registered and communicated to relevant departments.
  • Room Availability Monitoring: Stay informed about daily room availability and relay this information to staff.
  • Departure Status Checks: Monitor the status of guest departures daily.
  • Effective Communication: Relay important information to fellow front desk agents and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report Completion: Ensure all required reports and forms are accurately completed each day.
