About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Large/Select Contracts Team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our Workplace Investing (WI) Contracts Team, you will be responsible for providing counsel and managing a team of professionals who negotiate diverse types of service and transactional documents with our employee benefit prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Large/Select Contracts Team in drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements that address client needs and drive business growth while protecting Fidelity's interests.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners in Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance, Finance, and Corporate Legal to deliver a best-in-class experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services offered by the team and identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
  • Provide expert counsel on legal and regulatory changes that impact Fidelity's provision of administrative services to plan sponsors.
  • Build strong cross-company relationships and collaborate with fellow colleagues to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on hiring, developing, and mentoring a highly successful and engaged contracts team.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated, non-standard agreements.
  • Keen knowledge of retirement and health plan products, services, and laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complicated issues and build consensus among competing interests.
