Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Assistant to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks for the HR department and front desk operations.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of payroll and HRIS data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Oversee job bidding processes, including preparing and posting job bids.
  • Generate and prepare reports using Excel, Word, and HRIS tools.
  • Communicate HR updates and information to employees effectively.
  • Handle payroll-related tasks such as verifying authorizations, data entry, and wage computations.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll and HRIS reports regularly.
  • Coordinate HR events and employee activities.
  • Assist with organizing and preparing for new hire orientations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing employee needs with empathy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Salary and Benefits:
