Administrative Support and HR Coordinator

PrideStaff is seeking an experienced HR Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters, performance recognition, and employee morale; weekly payroll and attendance; administer FMLA, STD, unemployment, worker's compensation, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters, performance recognition, and employee morale; weekly payroll and attendance; administer FMLA, STD, unemployment, worker's compensation, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance and Director of Operations to ensure alignment of operational and personnel objectives.
- Lead the hiring process for hourly production employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel files.
- Review relevant policies to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain FMLA, BWC, and other compliance and regulatory data records throughout the life cycle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Plan and organize company team member activities.
- Perform general office duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with FMLA, BWC, and Unemployment regulations.
- Payroll experience using a Third-Party system (e.g., Paycom) required.
- Knowledge of IBM iSeries/AS400 operating system a plus, but not necessary.
- MS Office experience, specifically Outlook, required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and communication.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Highly organized, self-dependent, and detail-oriented individual.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
