About the JobThe Romanoff Group is seeking a skilled Senior HR Generalist to oversee the daily operations of its Human Resources functions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of HR.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for assisting with interviews, coordinating with payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
