HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Superior Staffing Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading search firm in Columbus, OH.
About the JobThis FMLA/ADA Coordinator role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of employment laws. As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ADA and FMLA. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with employees regarding leaves of absence and maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate employee requests for leave and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ADA and FMLA.
