About the Job

This FMLA/ADA Coordinator role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of employment laws. As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ADA and FMLA. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding leaves of absence and maintain accurate records.
  • Evaluate employee requests for leave and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ADA and FMLA.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
