Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at Blue Net, Inc. in Eagan, Minnesota. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for initiating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively manage and forecast sales performance
  • Drive adoption and usage with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of SaaS/Software Sales experience
  • Consistently exceeding quota
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and align value proposition to prospect needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
