Sales Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip sales professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop curricula for sales and client management professionals
- Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs and delivery methods
- Partner with sales/account management, Sales Learning Leads, and other stakeholders to deliver sales skills training
- Determine appropriate instructional procedures/methods and develop corresponding curricula and reference guides
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing training, evaluate projected new curricula and programs to determine overall effectiveness
- Develop effective communication vehicles to ensure training programs are fully understood and appropriately valued by the students and other stakeholders
- Design and deliver presentations and training as needed
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
- BA or BS required
- Strong background in sales or sales training and methodologies is preferred
- 2+ years progressive experience in training and development is preferred
- 5+ years sales or account management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Thomson Reuters products is preferred
- Strong business acumen and leadership experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Ability to produce large quantities of work within short timeframes when necessary
- Must be able to originate a creative and innovative approach to sales and account management's training needs
